Unless marked as used, all of our products are brand new, factory sealed in the original packaging.

Yes, at this time we're only buying products which are are brand new, factory sealed and in mint condition. Please contact us for further details.
Do you accept pre-orders?
We do not accept pre-orders. We can only sell products that we have in stock.

What are my payment options?
We only use Google Checkout for payments. What's Google Checkout? Google Checkout is a quick, easy, secure and convenient way to purchase from online retailers. If you don't already have an account, the first time you use Google Checkout you can create a free account. You provide Google with your personal information and credit card number. Google charges your credit card so us retailers won't ever see it. They offer fraud protection for both the buyer and seller. Like other credit card processors, Google takes a cut of the transaction, but isn't as big as other companies so this keeps our overhead and prices low. Ordering
How come my order was canceled?
If you place an order for items that are not in stock, we may cancel your order as we cannot accept backorders or preorders. This typically happens when you place an order for 2 items when we only have 1 in stock. While rare, it's possible that while you were checking out, someone else checked out moments before you and the item is no longer in stock.
